By booking or staying at Doon Forest Nest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

All bookings at Doon Forest Nest are subject to availability.

Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations.

Room rates may change without prior notice.

Applicable government taxes will be charged as per law.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out timings will be shared at the time of booking.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary based on booking type and season.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the agreed terms at booking.

No-show bookings may be charged the full amount.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must present valid government photo ID at check-in.

Any damage to rooms, furniture, or property at Doon Forest Nest will be chargeable.

Loud music, illegal activities, or behavior disturbing other guests is strictly prohibited.

Management reserves the right to evict guests for misconduct without refund.

5. Children & Extra Guests

Child and extra-guest policies depend on the selected room category.

Extra occupancy beyond confirmation may incur additional charges.

6. Use of Property

Guests use all facilities at Doon Forest Nest at their own risk.

Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.

Bonfire, BBQ, events, or parties are subject to availability and house rules.

7. Force Majeure

Doon Forest Nest is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Doon Forest Nest is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health issues during the stay unless caused by proven negligence from the management.

9. Governing Law

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to Dehradun, Uttarakhand jurisdiction only.

10. Rights Reserved

Doon Forest Nest reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
